A little bit of this and that

Over the last week we celebrated Thanksgiving and Christmas (at least the start of it). We decorated our house over the weekend for Christmas, and while hanging ornaments on the tree made a mental note to get Julia an ornament for her first Christmas. Last week Cole held his sister for the first time, it was the first time he wanted to, unfortunately Julia was not really liking it, ha!

On Saturday we had Christmas with one side of our family, and Cole got a train that he plays with everyday now :)

and here is our little thinker, she furrows her eyebrows just like Cole used to as a baby, and her cheeks are starting to fill out. On Monday, she weighed 8 pounds 13 ounces! She is already growing so fast!

I think her eyes get a little bluer everyday, we are so happy to have her and Cole in our lives.

On a side note, nine years from yesterday Derek and I had our first date. We watched Legally Blonde and ironically it has been on TV lately :)
